Our ancestors have always taught us to respect the nature around us. For years our winery has been committed to protecting the environment: we no longer apply chemical herbicides or fertilizers, we use recovered water instead of groundwater, and as much work as possible is done by hand, including the harvest.
Our commitment was recognized in 2021 with the awarding of SQNPI (National Integrated Production Quality System) certification.
